Im BETTER off than i --THOUGHT
lately, ive been slipping sliding cheating on my DIET, and i have been feeling helpless lost troubled and--DISTROUGHT
But finally i faced the scale this mornin and was --227.9
So, now i dont feel so bad and in a SAD. and. GUILTY,--down-spiraling--BIND
But at 227.9
i--feel--just--FINE
So--i--just--took--a--little--BREAK
but-i-still--managed-to-drop-two--little--pounds--with--this--slip-slide-blunder-and-flunder-of--MISTAKE
Ahead of me
to get down to--- one ninety nine, ---will take alot of ---WORK,--- to ---BECOME---my--REALITY
