Painful Experiences
Painful experiences remain
imprinted on the mind
However one tries to erase
them, they just rewind
To play back again and again
like a broken record
A screeching sound going on,
on it's own accord
Silence seems like a distant
mirage at such times
One craves for some
positive melodious chimes
To block this irritating sound
at the back of the mind
This whole thought process a
curse of the humankind
