Going-OUTSIDE
with my grand-daughter-little-BELLA, my--JOY-HAPPINESS-and-Great-PRIDE

Im Just pushin her on her little tricycle --BIKE
that is age appropriate, for a three year old --TIKE

Them she loves to collect little sticks, and we dig in the dirt a looking for treasure-and-GEMS
but if we see any ants she is so fast and quick to get on grampas back to get AWAY, from --THEM

I saw--a---big lizard run and hide behind the window --SILL
i-told-her-to-SIT-STILL -and-i-wanted-to-chase-the-lizard-out-so-she-could-SEE, and when the  lizard-- a went scurrying and running, she was screening happily and it was her--THRILL

So i was sitting on the steps and she said,m come on gramps sit down here on the  side walk just like me besides --ME
i said, BELLA, gramps cant  BEND  like you, im not a GYMNIST, and gramps, has a BAD--KNEE

Then she told me gramps you can do it and you can sit down HERE. TOO
so, i slowly- ached- and -bent -and -growled-in -the -move -and -groove, --and--thats- just- what- in -pain -FOR--HER--that--i--did ----DO

Then she-said grand-pa, i knew that you could--DO--IT
and this little BELLA she is my PRIDE and JOY, and i love her every little--BIT

She had so much fun, for an hour and a half with gramps out in the--SUN
now she is  napping after her lunch, and resting until whats next when she gets up. So. Me-- i--Better. Rest. While. I. Can, before we bend and reach jump and play, and walk jump and--RUN
