That's Life!
If only I could bring back the days of my youth!
Little red wagon, stick horse, cap pistols,
my best friend Johnnie and my little dog Art.
Oh! were, did those days go?
Gone with the fast, turning pages of life!
Adelson's, baseball, fishing poles, swimming
holes and puppy love!
And then the pages turn again!
Adulthood, marriage, family, friends,
son and daughter the light of my life!
Two tours of duty in jungle wars now
long forgotten!
That's Life!
