We give thanks unto the Lord,

Always for all of you;

For being in one accord,

Knowing that the Word is true.

We mention in our prayers,

Remembering our God;

About the Father that shares,

The cure for where we are flawed.

Your work of faith and labor,

Through the steadfastness of hope;

Showing love to your neighbor,

Comfort in times that you cope.

For we know that God chose you,

Because of all that you heard;

Enables you to construe,

As is written in the Word.

And through the Holy Spirit,

Power of full conviction;

Within all of your merit,

Until your benediction.

For you know what kind of men,

That among you for your sake;

Are imitators that when;

The foolishness that they make.

Imitators of the Lord,

You receive much affliction;

And they all must be ignored,

To counteract addiction.

You became an example,

To all of the believers;

Adhering to the Gospel,

As salvation receivers.

For not only has the Word,

Has sounded forth out of you;

Ensuring that it is heard,

For some others to pursue.

Your faith in God is spreading,

Has gone forth everywhere;

Round the earth it is heading,

For other people to share.

Praise Him in everyplace,

While waiting for His Son;

Shining His amazing grace,

Everything He has done.
