~FORGIVENESS~


We are tied to the past
When we let ourselves
Be hurt in unimaginable ways
Our sense of self dissolves
 We become angry and fearful

Reclaiming our Power
Will only happen when we
Learn to forgive ourselves
For lack of healthy boundaries
And allowing our voice
To stay silent

WE can than forgive others
Knowing that people can only
Meet you as far as
They have met themselves
This is when we begin
TO HEAL
