I greatly rejoice in the Lord, That now at length you have revived; Your concern for me not ignored, Set for when the Lord has arrived. You indeed are concerned for me, But lacked the opportunity; Having no foresight as to see, And obscured with impurity. Not speaking of being in need, I have learned whatsoever state; I am to be content indeed, Regardless of what is my fate. For I know how to be brought low, Also knowing how to abound; How the circumstances will grow, That the resources can be found. I have learned about the secret, Of facing plenty and hunger; The abundance not to regret, Lessons learned when I was younger. For I can do all things through Christ, It is faith in Him who strengthens me; In knowing what I sacrificed, Stopping the blindness so I could see.
