Jesus had risen from the dead,
Who was the offspring of David;
Preached in the Gospel as it read,
That the Christians have elated.
I am suffering from evil,
But the Word of God is not bound;
With power over the devil,
Throughout the Scriptures, we have found.
I endure for the sake of all,
Of the elect that they obtain;
The salvation before their fall,
Eternal glory to attain.
Because if we had died with Him,
Then with Him, we will also live;
And life will not be looking grim,
When God is willing to forgive.
If we suffer then we will reign,
But if we deny, we will die;
For we cannot endure the pain,
As we continue to cheat and lie.
He stays faithful, though we are not,
For He Himself cannot deny;
Because it is God whom we have sought,
For transgressions to rectify.
