Mombassa... A child lost
Mombassa
There is only silence in the air.
There are no pictures on the walls…
Or soft seats to rest…
All is bare.
There are no laughing voices or sounds of children playing…
Only a faint echo of the wind,
Whispering the silence of those missed...
Where once there was life now only silence persists…
An emptiness void of joy…
Void of the laughter of young girl and boy…
Only silence where all is bare.
There is only silence in the air.
There are no pictures on the walls…
Or soft seats to rest…
All is bare.
There are no laughing voices or sounds of children playing…
Only a faint echo of the wind,
Whispering the silence of those missed...
Where once there was life now only silence persists…
An emptiness void of joy…
Void of the laughter of young girl and boy…
Only silence where all is bare.
