Two Koreas

As I take a look back over history,
Try to explain such a mystery;
Two countries with the same roots,
With tension and heated disputes;
One country gone in two directions,
Living with two separate reflections;
Once with have one common thread,
Torn apart as they fought and bled;
One has blossomed and has flourished,
The other seems so undernourished;
Progress of the South so impressive,
While the North is very oppressive;
The South desires of peacefulness,
As the North thinks aggressiveness;
How does Korea resolve this mess,
How can we end such a distress;
Our answer might not be with mankind,
An ancient book is where we may find;
Maybe the Bible could tell us so,
To end all of the misery and woe
