Have mercy on me with your unfailing love,
Compassion amply supplied from above;
Wash away the iniquity that has been a load,

Please help me God to repent and improve;

Being sinful before birth since conceived,
There are times that were even deceived;
Surely you desire truth from deep inside,
For the wisdom you give helps me decide;
Cleanse me with hyssop and whiter than snow,
