Another Winter
Winter slowly closes in
I hold to warmth left deep within
Icy cold brushes my chest
Stealing once more...
My life's precious breath
A world kept in shadows
Memories dance in the room
Silence surrounds me
In the dreariness I wait...
Remembering the sun
How fast does time need to fly?
One more moment, one more warm caress
Winter has stolen everything
Hands of time now a blur...
In solitude I wait....
Weeping for spring showers....
