Soul Searching

I've searched my soul until I was numb
Hoping to find the answers so I could overcome
Trials and tribulations seemed to have come to stay
And I sat here wishing all of my tears away

Within my darkness there shone a light
A hope,  a prayer......still glimmering slight
It's a tender push when I can't go on
It lifts me up when I think all is gone

So how do I reach this tiny treasure?
To give it praise for holding my world together
I guess my words will have to do
It's the best way I've found to say....
I LOVE YOU TOO
