Holy Trinity

Praise be the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost,
Blessed Trinity who is our Heavenly Host;
Our thoughts go toward the Three in One,
So mighty and powerful as second to none;
We are children endowed by our Creator,
To take care of Earth and be His curator;
For in His image that we have been made,
Our Heavenly Father there to render aid;
He sent his only begotten Son to the Earth,
In a little town where he was given birth;
Sending His Son was all part of His plan,
As a sacrifice to pay for the sins of man;
By the Holy Spirit Jesus was conceived,
His birth by the virgin Mary was achieved;
In 33 years He suffered and was crucified,
Then arose from the dead to be magnified;
We're filled by the Holy Spirit in our hope,
Creating in us humbleness to help us cope;
God has ready Heavenly rewards to receive,
Eternal life waits for whoever believe.
