Your Holy Family

A Family of One

Sundays are the best days of the week,
For anyone desiring in the Lord to seek;
So willing and able to go to His house,
Sitting in front of God next to your spouse;
But that is not the extent of your tribe,
All who attends is family as to describe;
For everyone Jesus Christ is our brother,
For we only have one Heavenly Father;
We are all sisters and brothers in Christ,
For our sins Jesus has paid the price;
Our Father expects from us every day,
To hear how things are going as we pray;
But remember how our prayer should be,
Jesus said no one to Father except by me;
That's why we end a prayer in Jesus name,
And never fear the Holy Word to proclaim;
Being part of the Body of Christ is great,
And with a reward for those who will wait;
It's not enough to think of just on Sunday,
Please remember your Father every day.
