The Presence of God

Someone may say that life is but a dream,
Another may say that it's just a scheme;
Just because you don't quite understand,
Doesn't mean that God doesn't have a plan;
Just because things for you could go awry,
Doesn't mean there's not a reason why;
It could be just God's way of giving a test,
To see if you are able to perform your best;
Maybe knowingly or not you have disobeyed,
And God trumped you with an Ace of Spade;
God is in your life if you know it or not,
Bringing you through each phase of the plot;
For He cares for you more than you know,
In your presence during every trial and woe;
You think not during trouble with a task,
He's merely waiting for you to pray and ask;
It's simple way to become relax and relieve,
Just ask God in prayer and you'll receive;
Knock for the door to open and seek to find,
Always remember to ask what's on your mind.
