Little Girl Lost

Little girl lost
Oh isn't she sweet
She longs for the words
That she knows you'll repeat

You tell her you love her
And she adds her "you do"?
But she knows deep inside
There's nothing more true

You tell her she's beautiful
And she asks you..."I am"?
Oh she loves how you say it
I'm sure you understand

You tell her you miss her
And she asks if that's true
But she knows she was in your heart
In everything you had to do

Little girl lost
Playing her game so sweet
Holding the answers to the questions
You are all she will ever need
