Enthusiastic Spirit

I put my trust in God for He is my Lord,
And will continue to read His Holy Word;
God has put on a whole new me he created,
With righteousness making me feel elated;
I sense that God filling my heart with joy,
Giving me the confidence I need to deploy;
His confidence and enthusiasm is flowing,
Strengthening me as it keeps on growing;
Since His Son has paid the ultimate price,
I feel renewed in the spirit within my head,
As I reflect on the blood that was shed;
He took my guilt away for the sacrifice;
Now that frees me to continue my search,
Things for my stewardship of the church;
It'll unlock the abilities that are frozen,
As God is in my life as one of His chosen;
It makes my heart sing out with praise,
As the Holy Spirit sets my soul ablaze;
God controls my life for the way I'm living,
His inspiring ideas incite to keep giving.
