Deadly Vision

A vision in the mirror
I see you're sick again
Is this the viscious circle
That you have found again

Hollow cheeks
No this isn't me
There used to be life
In dull eyes that I see

This deadly vision
Gets worse day by day
It's not a game but an illness
And it's come to stay

Turning back time
I've been here before
I've got to fight this
My body can't take anymore

So I look once again
Make this vision go away
I've got to help myself
And I better do it today
