Jesus Will Give You Rest

Matthew 11:28 - 30

Jesus said, "Come unto me all that labor,
For I will give you rest in finding favor";
Strains and burdens can make you tired,
Life nowadays can leave you uninspired;
Instead of our muscles, it is our minds,
Using all of our energy as it just grinds;
Overloaded circuits are within our head,
Waking up for to go to work, you dread;
You start feeling to be all stressed out,
Ready for the Looney Farm no real doubt;
Let some thoughts dissolve within you,
As you turn to Jesus Christ's point of view;
Learn from Jesus how to handle the strain,
If your yoke are easy, burdens won't drain;
In other words easy does it and don't tug,
Not to be exhausted collapsing on the rug;
Do one job at a time using a light touch,
And don't allow a bad attitude for a crutch;
He will give you the quiet rest you need,
To rejuvenate your body for to succeed.
