Mystic moon takes perch in the sky
As daylight bids the earth adieu
As the dreamweaver casts a spell tonight
May I dance in dreams with you

Dreams of a land of happiness
With rolling hills the brightest green
The love reflecting from your eyes
Will mock the brightest star I've seen

Fast asleep in my lucidity
Short this time has come to stay
I dread the early mornings light
For I know this dream shall fade away

Yet in my heart sleeps a memory
Of times in dreams we've spent
And that memory replays in my mind
Even after the stars are swept

So I say to you Goodnight my love
Meet me in dreams before this night is done
Walk with me into tomorrow
As the earth is kissed by morning sun
