Sacrifices in LifeRevelation 7:16 & 17 The sun will not hurt nor will heat burn, For the lamb at the throne to be concern; Being their shepherd and lead to springs, Water that gives life to all the siblings; As God wipes away all tears from the eye, Not just our Father, but as well as an ally; The tired and patient faces of the soldiers, Many as young boys were just teenagers; Suffered loses in Iraq and will suffer more, Not knowing when they go home for sure; Fallen comrades had hoped to see the day, Their wives as well as their children play; Instead a sacrifice a testimony to a dream, Price of freeing some from a deadly regime; Dream to build on earth a state of affairs, Living in peace and harmony in our prayers; In spite of race, for living as God intends, For the world in living together as friends; Some feel its wrong for us to pay the price, Think of God paying the ultimate sacrifice.
