Peace Proclamation

John 14:27

"I leave you peace my peace I give to you,
I do not give as the world sees it through;
So don't let your hearts be upset or scared,
My place is with my Father to be shared";
Everything in the Bible works as living by,
That's why I'm here to proclaim and testify;
In living according to as the Bible states,
Finding out of the promises and what waits;
When you fix upon God and all His potential,
You will find in your life God is essential;
Rather than nervously considering conflicts,
Think of the pain and suffering it inflicts;
Responsibilities stretch out before you,
To bring peace within and all that you do;
If peace of God passes all understanding,
Maybe a trait beyond human comprehending;
Only if we are too quick and hastily react,
Is how we contradict God as to counteract;
With our trust in God and His Living Word,
Then maybe our actions won't be so absurd.
