Spiritual Damage

Ephesians 4:31-32

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger,
Along with all forms of malice and slander;
Be kind and compassionate to one another,
Always remember in forgiving each other;
Just as in Christ Jesus, God has forgiven,
Having eternal life and a place in Heaven;
The Lord establishes laws for to remove,
Anything unclean in needing to improve;
This is a powerful means for in your life,
To rid yourself of the trials and strife;
A most urgent matter you constantly face,
Removing anything that can be a disgrace;
They are obstacles between Christ, and you,
That ruin your testimony that others view;
If not removed they will continue to dwell,
Then eat your spirit and leaving a shell;
A hollowness can happen even to a believer,
Who suddenly turns away to be a deceiver;
Praying to God to repent and Him to console,
Then once again your spirit becomes whole.
