"Why?"
Time is forever
yet is never here for long
Only if your clever
You'll treasure it before its gone
"Why?"
Heavenly shades of darkness,
Were forming in the sky;
As I stared out through the night,
Silently, wondering why . . .
Why there is a Heaven,
And why there is an Earth;
Contemplating on the reasons,
That God granted me birth.
My life doesn't seem unusual,
I struggle each day, to exist;
The things that I've accomplished,
Wouldn't make a very long list.
I know there's a purpose for my life,
Or I wouldn't be here, in God's plan;
There is a reason for all of creation,
And for every living Man.
So as I sat there questioning,
And gazing through the night;
I decided I'd leave the answers,
To God's wisdom, and his might!
