The Living Waters

John 7:37 & 38

If one thirsts let him to go to Jesus to drink,
Quenching your body, allowing you to think;
So if you believe in Him as per God's Word,
Shall the rivers of living waters flow inward;
You've heard the phrase “Food for thought,”
And in needing an answer, you had sought;
It's because of a craving that's in your mind,
For the knowledge you are seeking to find;
Looking for the answers that bother you,
And anything in the Bible will not make-do;
Then you are of little faith for to criticize,
To someone else have had their open eyes;
That was led onto the truth and the light,
To drink from living waters for my appetite;
You of little faith never by the water's edge,
Never even to consider your heart to pledge;
Of your life to Jesus Christ by commitment,
For releasing sinful bonds by His atonement;
Never again do I worry of hunger and thirst,
Because in my life Jesus Christ comes first.
