I Won't Complain

i won't complain
about the rain
that came our way
this very day
after the heat
it was so sweet
just let it rain
it is no pain

tho' the clouds
may be like shrouds
covering the sky
i will not cry
just let it be
sweet variety!

i would mind
if it was all the time
but that ain't so
as you well know
It is a reprieve
from summer's heat
It can not annoy
for it i enjoy!
