The Golden Reel of Wisdom

Oh! Where is the Golden Reel of Wisdom we all seek…
Does it lie buried at the top of a snow covered peak,
or at the bottom of the ocean so dark and deep.
Or is it lost forever to the mind of a Celtic keep.?

The Golden Reel holds all of life’s
secrets we so desperately seek to find…
The ancient ways we’ve lost in the
eons  of time…
Across the centuries
 the ancients rode,
making history,
mystery and rhyme.

Down through the ages they have come,
bearing their secrets slowly one by one…
But none, not even one revealed the secret
location of the Golden Reel of Wisdom.

Man’s destiny lies buried in the ignorance of…
wars,  crime, neglect and indifference of  human
kind.
Waiting, waiting on the day of discovery,
the day of enlightenment, the day of  true
wisdom.

Perhaps tomorrow will be the day that
reveals to all…
The Wisdom of the Golden Reel.

or just maybe the Golden Reel…
isn’t real at all!
