Heeding the Word

Hebrews 2:1 & 2

We must seriously heed to what we heard,
So we do not drift away from God's Word;
If the Word spoken by angels is steadfast,
Of all of the transgressions to be forecast;
And disobedience gone chaotically rampant,
Then a future shall be ruled by the serpent.
Maybe for some think of the Bible as a joke.
It is unfortunate for them that never awoke;
All the Scriptures just befall to be true,
God has presented His warnings all for you;
Think about life on earth how we live today,
I doubt of it as a utopia God would convey;
Uncontrollable sex and crime of every sin,
Every form of lust has been stuffed within;
A lack of faith has us think in disbelief,
With no where to turn for any stress relief;
And so we find ourselves to be depress,
Since we forgot how to ask God to bless;
Pray to God asking to cleanse the impure,
In being a prime candidate for Satan's lure.
