Heavenly OathJames 5:12-16 Swear not by Heaven or neither by the earth, Neither by another oath in what it's worth; Let your Yea stand as being an affirmation, Your Nay for falling into a condemnation, If you are afflicted take the time to pray, If feeling merry sing psalms all of the day; Call elders of the church if feeling sick, Pray and anoint with oil will do the trick; Prayer of faith the Lord raises up to spare, As the sins will be forgiven of tender care; Confess your thoughts from one to another, For to be healed, pray also for each other; The sincere prayer of a righteous man, Shall be availed much within God's plan. Your oath to God is a commitment to Him, No matter in times of joy or looking grim; Remember not dealing with problems alone, Rather with brothers and sisters be shown; When God sees of your worthy endeavor, He will look down upon you with His favor.
