Acts 10:42 & 43

He commanded us to preach to the people,
Testifying that it is Christ is our example;
Ordained by God judging living and dead,
Ensuring all prophets witness to spread;
Through His Name whosoever believe,
A remission of all sin they shall receive.
An important message ever from God,
He is willing to take us even if flawed;
Life, death, and resurrection of Christ,
And spilling His blood being sacrificed;
He has explained that we are forgiven,
To confess and believe become chosen;
Allowing Christ to live within our being,
Inviting Him as a part of our daily living;
We are forgiven and given eternal life,
A place to turn to for our toils and strife;
For the day will come and be too late,
Making amends after the cut-off date;
We are witnesses of the greatest news,
Unknowingly when judgment debuts.
