Testifying a Personal Touch1 Thessalonians 2:6-9 I am not a man our in seeking own glory, To look good telling something derogatory; Rather being one who is gentle and meek, As a mother to her child, she would speak; For as a mother gives affectionate care, Is my reason for a willingness to share; Not just of the Gospel of God for to hear, But also my life and what I hold so dear; Testifying on the bad as well as the good, Poetry on the Gospel for to be understood. There is a lot of me you read in any verse, Occasionally even going from bad to worse; My life has not been all peaches and cream, With a share of doubts not as it may seem; I am here to say what God has done for me, In my own life has been a giant testimony; Troubled times that were gloomy and dark, Guiding me in the direction I should embark; For God is very good that I am here to say, As long as you remember to trust and obey.
