Walk the Righteous PathPsalm 37:7 & 8 Be still before the Lord and wait patiently, Fret not of he that prospers so abundantly; A man who thrives on corruptive devises, Are not prepared for Heavenly surprises; Cease from anger and forsake the wrath, Fret not and just walk the righteous path. There are influences from all around you, Bombarding and piercing right through; Temptation is coming in from all sides, You are feeling torn apart as it divides; You're approached by a scantly clad lady; Business deals that seems a little shady, Offering a unique pleasurable experience, Tempting you from the family obedience; Prior to a detour from the path you stray, Ask God to give you strength as you pray; He will renew your spirit to help resist, Enticements no matter how they persist; Then He will guide you in the aftermath, As you walk down the righteous path.
