Poetic Verses Of Love And Sorrow
Page Of Life
"Page Of Life"
Early one morning
Looking in the mirror
I saw a sight
That brought a tear
Looking back at me
A face I didn't know
Wondering to myself
Where did mine go
This one had wrinkles
And hair of gray
I realized it was me
I'd had my day
So much out there
Still to see
For It's all there
And it's just for me
Still much happiness
There is to find
As youth is really
Only in the mind
For I shall be happy
As I age
In the book of life
I shall have my page.
