THE IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD
WE ARE HIS SHEEP
HE IS GOD'S SENT WORD
WERE ARE IN HIS KEEP

HE WATCHES OVER US
FROM MORN' TILL NIGHT
HE IS AWARE IF JUST
ONE...LEAVES HIS SIGHT

HE KNOWS EACH OF US BY NAME
WE'RE ALL SPECIAL IN HIS EYE
HIS LOVE FOR US IS EVER THE SAME
SO MUCH ... ON THAT TREE HE DID DIE

WHEN WE CAN'T WALK ... THAT'S
WHEN HE WILL CARRY US
ALWAYS THERE TO TAKE ON OUR LOAD

WHEN WE ARE LONELY ... THAT'S
WHEN HE'LL TARRY WITH US
ALWAYS TO GUIDE ON LIFE'S ROAD

YES, HE IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD
THE BEST EVER TO BE
ALWAYS FAITHFUL AND LOVING
WATCHING OVER YOU AND ME!
