Paradise in My MindMy secret place, my inner sanctum, deep in the serenity of my mind. My special place in time. I come here more often now, as time is quickly passing me by. Yesterday's years, I revisit in this wonderful place where peace of mind abides. Sunshine on rolling green hills, stands of tall oak trees, humming birds, scarlet red roses abound, brown head daisies and swaying daffodils are everywhere to be found, and a beautiful babbling brook with its soft trickling sound. A song bird sings its cheerful melody as the fox squirrel scampers with an acorn up a tall oak tree. Paradise in my mind, a place only I can find. No worldly strife, no aging life, no tears of sorry, no worries of tomorrow. Just contentment, solitude, joy and enlightenment so bold, all hidden in this place called my soul. I must go back now, but as you will find, when life become more than I can tow each time. I shall return to my paradise deep, deep in my ever aging mind.
