Falling from the blade
A tear shed
For mistakes she has made

A tear for love
She held once so pure
A tear for the memories
She can no longer endure

A tear for him
And all that he meant
A tear for sorrow
All the times she wept

A tear for laughter
A fairweather friend
A tear for happiness
And why it did end

A tear for the emptiness
She has felt inside
A tear for the pain
She only wishes to hide

One tear for her
Now her sorrows are cast
And these tears cried
Will be her last
