Transforming FaithII Corinthians 3:12-18 Seeing through faith in having such a hope, The plainness of our speech helps us cope; No longer with a veil over the face as then, At the time of Moses for to abolish it when; With blinded minds the veil still remained, As an Old Testament reading was obtained; After Christ, the veil finally done away, But still upon the heart to this very day; Turning to the Lord gone will be the veil, The Lord to be a Spirit liberty to prevail; With unveiled faces reflecting God's glory, Able to openly proclaim the Gospel story. Many changes do occur in all of our lives, As an old law dies as a new one survives; Signs of the times tendency to transform, When there is a need or desire to reform; Our transformation as the Spirit enters in, Enriches our faith to atone from our sin; Discarding the veil that covers the heart, Opening our eyes for a brand new start.
