Being PatientJames 5:7-11 Be patient unto the returning of the Lord, As a farmer waits in harvesting a reward; For the precious fruits of your labor here, You shall have no concern to really fear; Just be patient as the Lord is drawing nigh, For He will be taking you home on high; Do not hold grudges, one against another, Or be condemned if you judge your brother; As patience makes you happy for to endure, Until that day of coming that you are sure. We must endure much in this world today, Hard to cope with all that comes our way; But having the faith gives you the hope, Rather than feeling at the end of a rope; It is hard in enduring others, not to judge, But too often emotion will afflict a grudge; Maybe grass is greener on the other side, But be patient as you take it all in stride; The Lord will come to show you the path, Before our Almighty God begins His wrath.
