Etched in her heart

Until love is held
At last by her side
This is her last lament
And her final write

She touches a soft pen
Holds sweet feather to her chest
As she bids a farewell
And lays it to rest

Love is her inspiration
The words that you see
But in her loves absence
This time comes to be

This is her last lament
A bittersweet end
