A Fruitful Spirit

Galatians 5:22-26

The fruit of the Spirit is joy, love, peace,
It is goodness and faith never to cease;
Meekness, temperance and being patient,
Being humble, gentle and also benevolent;
Being in Christ also crucified their flesh,
For affections and lusts do not intermesh;
With living in the Spirit, let us also walk,
The conceit and the vanity He will block;
No more envy or provoking each other,
Rather as God wants to love one another.
The world is filled of hate and discontent,
All people want to do it go out and vent;
Rage flourishes as people are just fed up,
Hearing from the grapevine all the gossip;
Talk of husbands cheating on their wives,
They never stop to think of other lives;
We no longer show the love and the care,
And the kindness and goodness to share;
No matter what in life that you ever do,
Allow the Holy Spirit to come through.
