Christ as the Cornerstone

Acts 4:10-12

Be it known unto you each and everyone,
By the name of Christ, victory was won;
Crucified, then God raised from the dead,
With dying for the sins of mankind instead;
For Christ is at the head as a cornerstone,
Salvation through Him if after you atone.
Cornerstones strengthens any foundation,
So the structure has good stabilization;
Without a sturdy one a building could fall,
And nothing left standing not a single wall;
Christ is the cornerstone that is in Heaven,
The strength coming from God was given;
Any of us to become part of the structure,
We all must follow the same procedure;
You must display your faith and confess,
With an atonement, God will surely bless;
The cornerstone of Christ strengthens you,
In hardening your spiritual walls through;
A spiritual soundness in walls so thick,
For peace and security to outlast brick.
