Sea, Sand, Song and Love

Sea birds drifting on the salty air,
white caps breaking  in the azure Mer.
Sea, sand and song, O’ won't you come
along?

We’ll dance into the starlit night,
sipping champagne from a sea shell
and get a little tipsy, maybe even
a little tight.

A kiss or two I’ll try to steal,
a soft melody from  distant violins
will play, and  you and I will laugh
and love the night away.

We’ll watch the soleil rise high
into the blue  Mediterranean sky,
and dine on flaming crepes for
breakfast, and drink pineapple ties.

Our lives will be young, time
will stand still, for our love
will forever be one.
