Her Hands Are Small

She cradles your beautiful
Soft beating heart
She tries to piece together
A world falling apart

She wipes away tears
Falling from eyes
She touches you tender
To coax out a sigh

She builds you a kingdom
A foundation of love
She lifts you as you fall
Brings you higher above

Such things she will do
All for love, after all
She does all that she can
Though her hands are small
