Signs of the TimesLuke 12:54-57 When you see clouds come from the west, You think of preparing for rain is the best; And as the wind is blowing from the south, You think of heat, maybe even a drought; Knowing in determining the earth and sky, Signs of the times being blind in your eye; A heart unable to judge right from wrong, But police say go to jail where you belong. Judgment calls we have to make everyday, While we drive plus what we do and say; From the moment we get up we decide, Often by emotions affect in feeling inside; We forecast the weather go into space, But unknown when we see Jesus' face; We can forecast an economical blooming, But never determine the second coming; Signs along the road tell us where to go, But you not see the sign of what we owe; Open your eyes to see and ears to hear, As Christ soon makes His second premier.
