On the Wings of a Snow White Dove

There’s a jagged hole in my broken heart,
there’s nothing left but darkness in my
aching soul, for my Darling I love you so!

That gossamer winged angel took
you by the hand and whisked you
away so suddenly from this
earthly land.

My tears will cause the oceans to
overflow, my pain will never, ever
subside or go.

My aching soul cries out!
"Oh! Where is my shining light?
Where are you my Darling on this
cold November night?"

From now on, my days will be dark
and my life will be empty.
But my Darling, time will speed by
and we will meet again on high.

I’ll love you until I die, and through
eternity on the wings of a snow white dove,
our love shall forever fly.
