Waiting for ChristIsaiah 9:5-7 Every boot of the warrior sound of his step, As clothing rolled in blood for battle prep; It'll be burning being as food for the fire, As insurgents are attempting to conspire; Taking place just as a child has been born, To us a Son is given a sign for to forewarn; As government been place into His hands, To oversee all the people in all the lands; He to be called Wonderful, Prince of Peace, As a Counselor for making wars to cease; Almighty God as well as Everlasting Father, Be considered to everyone as their Brother; Increasing His rule of peace having no end, While on the Throne of David to be a friend; Henceforth within His established Kingdom, Judgment to reign over all with His wisdom. Waiting for our Lord and Savior to arrive, So that a reign of peace starts to strive; Come Jesus Christ take your rightful place, For shining upon all of us with your grace.
