I walked alone across hot desert sand
My thirst was mighty; no water was at hand
How long must I journey across this land?
To have thirst quenched, my only demand.
I journeyed on, arms were sagging.
Behind my future corspe were vultures lagging
I trekked on with my tongue wagging
Up ahead, I saw someone flagging.
I rubbed my eyes, "Mirage, go away!"
Mirage or not, the vision stayed.
Looking back, I still won't forget that day.
It was the most beautiful young woman at play.
Adrenalin surging, my heart was racing.
Events blurred but we were soon embracing.
I kissed her lips; my thirst was erasing.
This angekl from the heavens was most amazing.
Body left earth and above I'm floating.
In her arms, I felt like gloating.
For I was with this goddess with silken hair.
I then hugged her closer but she wasn't there.
