A New HeartEzekiel 11:17-20 God will be gathering you up from the rest, As being scattered amongst the oppressed; Onto the land of Israel that God is to give, And of henceforth is where you shall live; Casting out the evil ones who are despised, Exposing those that have been disguised; For God shall give a new heart to replace, The rock hard heart that causes disgrace; Along with a new spirit creating a new life, That will no longer be toiled by the strife; And to be guided by His rules for to abide, In tender hearted love for God deep inside. A new heart as a gift from God our Father, Allowing not our lusty temptations either; For as long as the Lord God abides within, I know that I will be free from earthly sin; For with a new heart that is not of stone, Shall keep a reserved spot for His throne; Not letting the disgusting things to thrive, A new heart to keep me eternally alive.
