''The Chapel''
"The Chapel"
Quietly…. I entered the Chapel
And bent down on my knees to pray
Talking to God about many things
Asking for his blessings today
I poured my heart out to him
Confessed my sins and bad deeds
I believe He will forgive me
And supply…. My earthly needs
It is so peaceful in this Chapel
With it's altar and beautiful cross
Feeling content with God… to turn
For without him I'd feel such a loss
After I leave the Chapel
And venture on through my day….
I'll feel a calm and peace inside
Since I stopped at the Chapel to pray!
